This planning application was rejected Council on the 12th April 2022.  The proposal comprises:

• A medical centre accommodating 8 practitioners over one level.

• 35 apartments over three more levels.

• 104 car parking spaces over two (2) levels of basement including staff, resident and visitor car parking and,

• On-site bicycle parking spaces comprising 20 spaces.

There has been zero engagement with the community by the developer.

The developers are now taking the Council to VCAT.

​

We are now preparing for a Major Case Hearing on the 4, 5 and 6 of October 2022.
